I am a qualified psychotherapist, mindfulness teacher and budding neuroscientist. I am also a parent to two primary aged children. Utilising my knowledge of psychological theory, mindfulness and biology of the brain I work with my clients in a way that it truly unique to them. My sessions are truly bespoke based on the needs of my client and no two sessions are ever the same.
By grounding my practice in science I am able to provide evidence based therapeutic interventions and help my clients to build up a custom mindfulness toolkit to use in their day to day lives.
I am an accredited member of the National Counselling Society and also a member of The Mindfulness Association and British Neuroscience Association (Postgraduate).
